That is really fantastic. Your research skills are impressive! Every forum member should keep this guide and refer to it when reporting swarms.
FYI I talked with another local beek who lives a few blocks away and he captured a swarm this week. Hopefully it was mine! Ha! 
We’ve had much warmer/milder weather than usual this time of year so it appears the ladies are more active. Normally we have snow through March and into late April in Denver but not this year.
