# Do I need to do anything after harvesting from the flow hive?

Hi there. After extracting honey from the flow hive, is there anything you need to do to the frames? Do the bees uncap the wax and get back to work refilling it? How do they know they honey underneath is no longer stored there? Thanks!

Hi Adam,  
Yes they will start refilling the frames almost immediately after you harvest and will use the torn bits of wax to fasttrack the re-capping.
