Feeding Bee's Coconut water

Here in Thailand we have an abundance of coconuts (and hence coconut water) which is quickly becoming popular as a health tonic drink for we humans. I am wondering if this tonic would offer any nutritional value to the bees?

Any ideas from someone familiar with both bees and coconuts?

It would be interesting if the bees would prefer to take up coconut milk over water first. That would then indicate if you have an experiment in the offing.
