Hi @Beaver82, the forager bees will return to the original hive location so it’s a good trick to place the split hive in the original location so all of the forager bees return to that hive. The bees in the hive that you move 10m away will stay in this hive, you will just lose a portion of the bees (foragers). However, due to their strength in numbers, the colony will adapt.
