Hi mate, I’ve seen crystals forming in a couple of weeks and a tub go within a month. I think the fact that I don’t filter the honey at all doesn’t help.  
All my honey crystalizes in winter.  
They say Jarrah honey never crystalizes.  
@jojo20, how runny was the honey you harvested today?
