Formic pro with super on and just re-queened. Advice?

I just re-queened as Either she swarmed with half the colony, She was killed by in-adequacy, or I rolled her UN-knowingly. I have mites. I have my super on. Should I wait for the queen to establish and begin laying before I treat with formic pro? Or do it now (10 days after I installed her cage)
Can someone out there tell me that using Formic pro with a super is OK, and why?
(treated for mites with Apivar no super on yet 6 months ago- Hive was huge and strong before swarm/queen death & super has been on since March1- was gangbusters until queen gone now slowed to a halt/less bees So I re-queened.)

Formic pro can be used with the super on, when used according to package directions.

I would wait for her to be more established, maybe at least a couple weeks before trying the formic pro.

There is a measurable rate of queen loss as it is pretty nasty stuff. Sometimes the bees just turn on the queen even if she’s established, so be prepared for that.

There will be a few days that even an established queen will stop laying.
