Hi guys I’m power engineer from Algeria this my first week in the beekeeping practice after some study I’ve found some difficult about flower and it’s time and its local

Hi Nass, Welcome  
Very difficult to advise on local honey producing flowers.  
Recommend you find a mentor and or join a local club, go to a local apiary and just ask your questions.

There are a lot things you will have in common with new bee keepers so I suggest you go to the search box (the magnifying thingy) in top right corner and search “new beekeeper” and read the replys the OP’s were given.
