Maybe flavour is important  Like when you eat delicious fresh food - has more nutrients, etc. Also, in honey, less oxidation etc, leads to more flavour, and maybe more nutrients…?
Food for thought :yum:

I can tell you about the wonderful benefits of lemon honey. Lemon honey is a delightful combination of two natural powerhouses: honey and lemon. Here’s how it can benefit you:

  1. Boosts Immunity: Lemon honey is rich in vitamin C from lemon and natural enzymes from honey, which can help strengthen your immune system and fight off illnesses like colds and flu.
  2. Soothes Sore Throats: The soothing properties of honey combined with the antibacterial effects of lemon make lemon honey an excellent remedy for soothing sore throats and coughs.
  3. Aids Digestion: Lemon honey can aid digestion by stimulating the digestive system and relieving symptoms of indigestion and bloating. It’s particularly helpful when consumed with warm water in the morning.
  4. Rich in Antioxidants: Both lemon and honey are rich in antioxidants, which can help protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals and support overall health and wellbeing.
  5. Promotes Healthy Skin: Lemon honey can be used topically on the skin to help cleanse and moisturize. Its antibacterial properties may also help in treating acne and promoting a clear complexion.
  6. Natural Energy Booster: The natural sugars in honey combined with the refreshing taste of lemon can provide a quick energy boost when you’re feeling tired or lethargic.

Remember, while lemon honey offers many benefits, it’s essential to use it in moderation and consult with a healthcare professional if you have any specific health concerns or conditions.
