I was going through some old pictures and thought this one might be a good hi resolution example for new beekeepers trying to identify eggs on fresh comb.

Up until recently, I could rarely see eggs on the frame. I even resorted to trying a hand-held magnifying glass - awkward and cumbersome. A couple of weeks ago, I got new glasses… what a difference. I still miss quite a few but this is a whole different ball game. I even see the queen every now and again
