So, is there any insulation bees don’t chew apart from kingspan?
If the insulation is a little bit away from the entrance they won’t chew eps, xps, or polyiso. That’s what most people use if they want something a couple steps up from roofing felt or corflute.

Cover the insulation with aluminium tape and the bees will leave it alone.
