Hi Everyone,
I am looking for recommendations on a setup for an indoor bee hive because my HOA won’t allow a traditional outdoor one?

Welcome to the forum,Cory.
It is certainly doable to have indoor hives. In Europe, it’s common to have bee houses full of hives that have the entrance through the wall to outside. Slovenia has the best system in my opinion. Accessing the hive is from the rear like opening a cupboard door and sliding frames out like books off a shelf. The heaviest thing you lift is one frame.
For those bees that fly into the room while you’re inspecting them, leave a window open and keep the lights off. They fly out the window.
There’s no reason you couldn’t use a spare room to accommodate the hive. Other than cutting a small hole in the wall for a tube to the hive entrance, nobody would know.

Indoor hive is a big ask, ventilation, flight path, and the HOA will still likely catch on. Check local laws first.
