Hi William, welcome to the forum. I recently made some delicious mead, which was easier than I would have expected.
I started off making honey fermented dragonfruit. After straining the fermented honey dragonfruit liquid, I put the residue back into the bottle, followed by a jar of honey, 2-3 jars of water, and some grated ginger. I let that sit for 12 days, stirring each day, before straining out the residue, resulting in dragonfruit, ginger mead. The residue is currently working on a second batch, after which I’ll probably discard the residue, on account that it will probably be mostly seeds.
