You have a lot of options. One would be to leave the nuc for future use as spare parts. You can steal brood from them for a hive that is suspected of being queenless. You can steal bees from them to boost a weak hive. Or you can drop the queen in a jar of alcohol (for swarm lure later, preferably with all the other retired queens) and combine them back with the original. If I have no reason not to keep her, I would probably keep her in the nuc…
