Came home looked at the girls and discovered Sapphire has a charged queen cell. Found Sapphire and did Shook Swarm into a Nuc. Will keep her locked up a couple of days until I can sort out a new hive stand and so her girls do not go back to the old hive.
Didn’t see one in Emeralds but she has less frames.

my pre-emptive swarm worked - in those 4 weeks they built up again and Sapphire was busting with bees - Both had good frames of brood but Sapphire had started to back fill again.
