More importantly… When you scrape that last bit of honey out of your jar onto your toast/porridge…go back and get the really last bit out…remember that last 1/12 teaspoon has been the life’s work of one bee that dropped dead of exhaustion in the grass just short of your hive last summer.
I put the last bit of the jar in the microwave or make my coffee in the honey jar

Make sure its not a plastic honey jar, I used to use the microwave until a pinhole melted through the side and was spraying honey everywhere! That hurt and what a mess.
