I live northern Ontario were we get temperatures that will go to -40 for weeks some years but for the most part we average -25 to -35 at night and -15 to -25 during the day for a couple of months during the winter. Then in March and April we are all over the map from +5 till - 15. My question is can bees survive those kinds of conditions. And if so how do I do it.
Hi @Mnadon. Welcome to the forum!
I would recommend to search for Doug1’s posts here. His photos and videos may give a good initial idea what is required in similar climate.

Google local bee club/association. Your local bees will be accustomed to your climate. This would be a good place to start and for local knowledge and support.
