3 out of 4 family members are boys and then there’s the boy dog, so we needed to shift the numbers back to the girls and a few thousand bees have done the trick nicely. Set up our brand new Flow Hive 2 on the 3rd Feb 2019, after a slow start (nothing in flower) girls are now going gang busters having drawn out all the FL frames, with heaps of new brood and a decent amount of pollen coming in.
The kids are super excited and love getting dressed up in their bee suits and taking lots of photos during hive inspections.
