I live in Gerringong NSW, Australia. I have my first Flow Hive, and got a package of bees in mid November 2017. I have built a four-frame nuc, and have learned how to put frames together, wire them and embed foundation. It took only a month for the bees to draw out ten frames in the brood box, and give me enough burr comb to paint the Flow frames with wax. My bees are now fanatically filling the Flow frames, plus three previously foundationless wooden frames I placed in the super. Its been a marvellous experiment and experience so far, and one I would not have contemplated but for the FlowHive.
