I’m a professional cheesemaker and have been teaching cheesemaking, sourdough and general bread making for decades and now live on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. We have a large vegetable garden and fruit trees and with my bread and sourdough, the missing piece of the puzzle was bees!! I’ve just received my first hive last month and installed my 5 frame nuc two weeks ago… just getting ready for my first brood inspection to decide if I should add a feeder.
