I am now a second year beekeeper located in Newton, MA a suburb of Boston. Before I started beekeeping, I took a class at our and city’s adult education program. I had a relatively successful first year starting with the package – even got a good honey harvest. Unfortunately, my I did not make it through the winter, but I’m learning.
