Interested to know if you’re feeding this hive, or have been feeding it?
Also, do you have all 8 frames in the box?
I did feed when Nuc was installed in Oct and weened them off leading up to Christmas.
Yes have 8 frames in both boxes 
thanks for the feedback- it seems that the bees were intent on doing whatever it is they had planned and that tearing down those cells did not stop them.
When we had queen cells I though some of them had hatched- but it turns out they were not yet fully capped- I think they can look similar at those stages.
I assume RBK asked you about how many frames you have in your box because of that odd looking bit of comb on the face of one of your frames- it suggests that there is some issue with the straightness and spacing of you combs. Ideally there would be no room for a piece of comb on the face like that?
