It works reall well. Effortless. You don’t have to squeeze hard and you can just pull while the wire rests on the stop so it doesn’t run out of the gears.

Me too but I “wire” my brood frames with fishing line.
I feel a 14x12 frame is a little too big without support.

Hadn’t realised that you made a video about this. We call this ‘lasagne sheets’, when people just weave the wax between the wires without embedding, you then open up the hive after a few days and they are all in a wavy pile at the bottom of the hive.
