Hi fellow beekeepers -
My name is Milan and I’ve been keeping bees for a while now; I have a couple hives in the Bay Area, CA (constant honeyflow but also constant swarming… ugh). I’m also a student at UC Berkeley who has worked in Laryngology research for quite a bit of time.
We are interested by biomass smoke inhalation, especially in beekeepers, and how it might generalize to chronic smoke exposure due to the eventual uptick of wildfires from climate change.
