As of October, flow frames are abandoned. No honey
So sorry to hear that! I don’t have any idea what the nectar flow is like in Ghana, but in places where it stops for awhile and there’s a dearth, a colony that has just been started very rarely can finish waxing (not propolizing) the Flow frames AND store nectar in time. So that part is not necessarily unusual.
But where did your bees go? A few possibilities - swarming which is normal reproduction, absconding due to major pest incursion, and/or die-off due to disease or pesticide exposure in the forage. Team me more about the months after June, what you saw when you inspected and post pics of how it looks now, and maybe I can help you figure it out.
