We live near Brisbane, I inspected my hive last week- full frames so decided I would harvest just 2 frames to make sure enough lest for the bees over winter. lunch time winter, sunny day, low 20’s temperature. But I only harvested 1.5 and 1 litre form the 2 frames, over 90 mins. Hive sloping backwards etc. Honey not to viscous. The 2 frames were outer frames, and the honey looked white in the window view. . Has candying occurred in the hive?

Open the hive and have a look would be what I would do.
