Thank you Eva! Darn, I didn’t think about the paint being too dark. I will definitely change it then. I put both of my 2 new frames on the outermost side to the left of the box where I had the feeder at. I have been having such a hard time finding anyone closer than 200 miles away from me that has or knows anything about bees

Shoot, the color can make a difference unfortunately. For now you can at least make sure the roof is light or white and shade them in the hottest part of the day.
If your new frames are foundationless, the bees might not take the hint of the comb guide and could build some wavy crazy comb in the larger space that having two open frames side-by-side makes. I’d stick one on the opposite side to avoid that possibility 
That is too bad you haven’t found any local mentors - there are a bunch of other Texans around here tho! Have you searched this forum?
