products ! Thankz for sharing ! I’ve only entered one non-professional honey contest for fun. I places 3rd for taste only. It was only a local charity fundraiser contest.
I’m hoping this season will be more successful with my bees. We usually having only one large forage (blackberry) here in our region … if bees (numbers) are not ready or weather (too dry) bad we don’t get much harvest. (just to taste n enough hopeful to winter my colonies thru next winter.
Last summer got very hot n dry thus only harvested 1 1/2 gallon from 6 hives. Not very good but a taste ! . Bees are more of a hobby for me … it’s nice to get honey but not a must. Kind of an old man/beekeeper therapy
