Hello,
New to beekeeping. Recently got bees 2 weeks ago, checked bottom tray this afternoon and saw honey in it. When we had the really bad storm the other week the roof blew off - it is now strapped down. Am thinking its from that or can this happen?

Hi Kate, welcome to the forum. I would suggest that is water in the tray. That was a decent drop of rain we had.. Without the roof, water will certainly make it’s way down to the tray in such an event. It’s good that you’ve strapped the roof down.
