Honey too thick to harvest?

Hello, Im in Gippsland and new to bee keeping and Flowhives. We have checked the hives and they are definity full and ready for harvest, but we are only getting a small amount of honey extracted - it is as if the oney is too thick?
We ended up removing a frame, and bought it inside to try, with little luck.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I had a similar issue with a client’s 3 flow hives. What worked for me was to use 2 keys & hold them in the open position for about 10 minutes. That constant pressure forced the frames to eventually open, after which the honey slowly started to flow.

That probably wont work if the honey is Leptospermum or crystallized.
