Hello @Dee, how lovely to see you again! I just spent an hour googling this question, and I can’t find anything. However, we have quite an active Western Australia contingent here, including @fffffred @SnowflakeHoney @skeggley @ABB @AdamMaskew and I think @busso.
As the biggest areas of Jarrah forest are in Western Australia, hopefully one of them will know, or will know somebody who has experience of extracting it. It sounds like great honey - I would love to try it some day!
