This thread Long Lang with Flow Frames - #5 by AdamMaskew has my build information, including my simple “plan.” The cut list really depends on the height and thickness of the wood you use. I’ve had friends laminate pieces together and look at other ways to reduce costs. @Outbeck built one and made some details plans.
