I am sorry that your first encounter with the forum wasn’t a good experience. I have found that everyone here is ready to offer suggestion and help is usually spot on. I do agree it is easier for everyone to offer aid when photos are attached so I have always done that and the response is always amazing. Not only response but advice is always highly accurate. So keep up asking questions and I highly recommend the flow videos they helped me understand more information sometimes seeing is worth a thousand words. Cheers…
