This is the results so far from a six frame flow box. To draws, fully capped. But water content was between 18.5 - 22. We used a dehumidifier and tower heater and reduced water content to 17-17.5
We use a screen with bottom tray. Question, if we pull the tray will that help with humidity and moisture content.
51 lbs so far we think we’ll get another 17 lbs before winter

Some beeks use screened bottoms without any tray, and I don’t know the result on honey water content. TBH leaving the entire bottom open to the air doesn’t seem helpful to the bees.
I use solid bottoms with openings on either side so the bees can control the airflow better. When I have a Flow super on there’s also the top entrance in the inner cover, and the peaked outer cover/roof that helps draw air up and through, again in the bee’s control. I haven’t measured water content consistently over the years, but all my harvests have been stable so thus in an acceptable range.
