It’s been a while since I have been here, very busy with the homestead and work. Anyway, I thought I would share a few pictures from this year when my hives started to swarm (I caught them everytime 4x). But this one was pretty neat as they decided to gather on our tractor supply chicken.

Wow, as spread out as they are, should have been easy to capture the queen 
The tail is actually hollow and it was pretty full. I wiped them into a nuc and left it by the chicken and they all headed in by nighttime!
