Add Medium Super or No?

I’ve read in other places that adding a langstrom medium super above the Flow Frame super will encourage the bees to use the Flow Frames? Has anyone tried this and seen it make a difference?

I have configured my colonies with 2 deeps and Flow Frame super. Adding a medium super would give some extra space for the bees as they are jam packed right now.

If they are not using the Flow frames, I would put some burr comb onto the plastic frame faces to encourage the bees that this is home. If your Flow frames are capped, you could drain a couple of those too, that would give them space. :blush:
