Advice on using frames and comb from bees that did not winter over

Good Afternoon! I am new to beekeeping. I purchased two flow hives last year and I hoped to get my bees to winter over. Unfortunately they did not. I still have all the frames containing the honeycomb that my bees made last year, and I believe I can use this for my new bees. I have two Nuks coming tomorrow with locally raised bees. I would love any advice as to how to incorporate my new bees into the hives using the comb produced last year. What do I need to be concerned about, etc. Any advice would be awesome! thanks

Using old brood and honey frames for new package of bees

I obtained my first bee hive, traditional Langstrothm, last season. But we live in the Pacific Northwest where it is very wet. I talked with local beekeepers regarding how to keep the moisture down, but it did not work. We had and are still having, a very long wet, cold winter.
