Black spots on flow frames..and supering the hive

Hi there!! I completed my follow up inspection, as I already performed the first spring inspection and remove a queen cup…10days ago…3days after that I had a mini swarm, but the majority of bees came back (…!!..).
Today I quickly peered inside the box and I have seen sealed brood, sealed honey and larvae at different stages…I just looked at three frames only…and not seen any other cups (although might be located elsewhere…)…then I decided to install the flow frames as the bees where already building new combs on their on in the super, which was kept just for feeding purposes…
To my surprise I found black spots sparingly on the frame…they did come off wiping pretty easily…is it mould? Is it something else? The frame had been kept in an almost airtight container (ikea)… I didn’t wash them nor cleaned, and bees started working immediately the frames, which were empty but somehow sealed by them before winter…
Should I remove them, clean, wash… you tell me, I hope not to have screwed it up…
Thanks for your feedback!!

Looks like some mold or mildew. The bees should clean that up pretty easily.
