Looking at what my hive does, I think throwing them out overnight is probably not a bad way to go. They seem to get very sluggish as the day cools down, sleepy really, then in the morning, they just don’t wake up. Better than starving. If they stay away from the hive, they won’t get their wings torn up.

Just think of all the varroa they are throwing out on those dirty old drones!

haha indeed. In my flow hive i just saw my first varroa on my sticky board last week. only saw one.
