I am just across the border from you at the moment, but your honey and “cèpes” look wonderful. Did you pick the mushrooms yourself? My husband would love to do that, but we have so many wild boar in the forests around here, that there are never any mushrooms left.

Yes I pick them myself on the italian Alps, from 900m to 1,500m more or less.
We also have boars but luckily there are also many mushrooms around this year
