First Time Beekeeper, I need some opinions on how my hive is looking.
Two weeks after Installing Nuc. I am planning on opening it on week four to see how they are doing, because I want to put a second Brood box on.
Three Weeks around 4PM-5PM on a sunny day.

Your first photo is not fully drawn comb. Neither is the second, although it is pretty well-drawn. The third has a decent brood pattern, if the uncapped cells have eggs or larvae. I can’t see that at the distance your photo was taken. The entrance looks nicely busy, but not crowded.
So my question to you is, does your existing box truly follow the 3 golden rules that you need to be true before adding another box? 
I don’t think so, not yet. I have another week before I will open the top and see how the combs are. I don’t want to disturb them too much lol.
Brilliant idea. I would just leave them for now, and see how things are going in a week or two. Nice decision-making.
