How would I fix this frame?

After shaking all the bees off, I would cut all the comb out & into my wax bin before fixing fresh foundation into the frames. If you are unable to do this, find a mentor who can teach you how to do it properly.

You’re welcome Tom. That’s just what I would do. Others might tell you to rubber band the comb back into the frame before placing it back into the hive. I’m chasing mostly good worker comb in my brood boxes, which is why I go down that path.
