Hi all. I have several hives, and all are calm but one. Last time I checked this hive they showed no signs of swarming. Is this normal to have so many bees buzzing around the hive?
It looks pretty normal to me. They could be extra active if there is a heavy nectar flow. You are also getting a nice backlight so it is highlighting their activity. They move pretty fast and often it is busier than your eyes perceive.
