Japanese beetle spray that wont kill honeybees

I have a horrible infestation of Japanese beetles in my orchard. However I have honeybees and dont want to harm them while killing the beetles. Can anyone help me out with what I can use.

For chewing insects, I generally use Neem Oil with a little mild dish soap in a sprayer bottle. If you spray in the evening, the oil soaks into the leaves and won’t hurt any bees. However, it can make fruit taste funny (sort of oniony), so don’t spray it onto any fruit. There are some other ideas here:

How about the Japanese Beatle bag traps that use some type of pheromone? I know they are not super effective, but are they safe around honey bees?
