I did a split 3 weeks ago and just added the super on Sunday (3 days ago). Excited to share the girls are already up in there working on it! I brushed the frames with melted beeswax per a mentor friend, and melted in some burr comb I had removed the day before from that hive. This is my second summer with bees. I didn’t take any honey last year but am hopeful for this year!
