Varrox suggests 40 amp hours. Not all wands will be the same though

I am afraid that it is no longer available, and the new ones have a short circuit detector which stops it from working with a vaporizer. You can use a 12V battery though, and if you are not running a big apiary, you may be able to manage with a relatively small one, like those in computer UPS backup battery devices or lawnmowers. :wink:
