Coca Cola by far works the best but you need to activate the pain relieving properties by mixing in some Bacardi first 
Adjust the pain relief activator based on your pain levels.

I used Apis30 yesterday with great results, instant relief.
+1 for tea tree oil. It works just as well on any bites or stings, cuts or scrapes.
