I got stung last night looking in the viewing window and cleaning the corflute board. Absolutely my fault. Shorts and white t-shirt with black ankle socks at 8pm. (still a lot of light here but too late) I had just replaced the board and had a guard buzz my head and she told me to leave. I knew the sign and began walking away and she got me just above the sock. Damn that smarts…

It’s lucky you’re not allergic to the venom. You get quicker at removing the stings after a while.
Nowhere near as bad as me installing my first package while wearing a black winter jacket

@Eva Black seems to be “sting here” signal to a bee. I often work in my hives without gloves but found I got multiple stings around my black watch band on my wrist. Removing my watch as I was suiting up has fixed that problem. I wonder if there is a ‘calming color’?
