This is a community Flowhive forum and as such product relative issues are usually resolved through the team at flow through email. They usually are quick to respond to any product relative issues. I can attest to this with positive past experience.

We are mostly beekeepers here, not Flow employees. I suggest you send a message to info@honeyflow.com with your question and order number. They should be able to help you quickly. If you have the Flow customer phone number and you are in Australia, that is an option too, but many of us here are international, and i personally do not know their phone number.
