I think I understand now how the honey can be very different in color. My bees were initially bringing in only yellow collored pollen. Now they are bringing in red, orange, white and yellow. Just can’t wait to see and taste the honey that they will make. Pretty cool stuff.

Have you looked up Wikipedia Pollen source, its a good referance too.

Somewhat difficult to capture but coriander pollen has an attractive pastel mauve-pink color. Unexpected, for me.

Unexpected for me too! How pretty. My coriander is just starting to bloom, now I will be watching
