First hive and first year beekeeping. Everyday I have about 1/8 of a cup to 1/4 cup of water in my multifunctional tray on the entrance side of the hive, regardless of weather. I do live in Virginia so it is a fairly humid climate but this spring has been pretty fair. I understand some liquid is normal given condensation. Just curious is this was normal. I would ask local keepers but I have yet to discover an active group in my area.
I do not know if that is normal or not but I found that too the last inspection I did despite it being closed up normally.
